All prices quoted on thedevilwears are in SGD, and are strictly non-negotiable.

Order
To place your order, simply fill in all required fields in the purchase form at the bottom of the webpage. You may combine items from two or more episodes in a single submission.
A purchase confirmation from our invoicing email account will be sent to your email shortly. Do check your Spam/Junk folders in case of misdirected emails. If you do not receive a purchase confirmation within 24 hours, email us immediately at ask.thedevilwears@gmail.com.
Proceed to make payment within 24 hours after purchase confirmation as items may be let on to the next interested party if payment is not made within this time frame. Buyers who fail to revert after receiving a purchase confirmation may be reminded, warned or prohibited from future purchases at thedevilwears.
Payment
Payment is accepted in the form of funds transfer to our POSB or OCBC account via ATM* or Internet Banking (iBanking). We also accept interbank transfers; however, please note that the verification process for interbank transfers require 2-3 working days for completion.
Similarly, payment is usually verified within 24 hours; do email us at ask.thedevilwears@gmail.com if you do not receive a payment verification email from us within this time frame.
*For ATM users, it is mandatory to retain your transaction receipt as we require a clear camera snapshot for payment verification; scanned copies will not be accepted as proof of transfer. Fraud cases involving doctored receipts will be handed over to the relevant authorities should we have any reason to suspect foul play.
Shipping
Parcels are despatched via normal or registered mail after payment verification and typically take 2-3 working days (Mon-Fri, excluding Public Holidays) to be delivered to your mailing address.
Postage fees are charged as follows: 1.50$ for first item; 0.50$ per subsequent item unless otherwise stated. A 2.24$ top up is required for registering a parcel; the RA no. will be provided after your parcel has been registered. As thedevilwears will not be held reliable for lost mails, registered mail is highly recommended for peace of mind.
Our Exchange Policy
Goods sold are strictly not refundable or exchangable. All items are checked for defects between the time they are instock and before packing for posting to buyers. Please note that loose threads and slight misalignment of panels and details on apparel are not considered as defects. Damage to goods due to the mailing process or negligence on buyer's part lie outside of our responsibility, and we will not be held liable in such cases.
Should you receive a defective item due a lapse in our quality checks, kindly email us immediately (or within 7 days from date of despatch) at ask.thedevilwears@gmail.com with a clear camera snapshot of the defect and we will rectify the problem on a case-by-case basis.
If the item is still in stock, an exchange with the same item will be made. Alternatively, buyer may opt for a partial refund if defect is not serious. If item is out of stock, buyer may choose between exchanging for another item of the same price (or of higher price with a top-up), or receiving a full refund. Kindly note that items that are washed or worn are not eligible for exchange.
